If you absolutely had to choose only one beauty product, coconut oil should be your number one choice.  It can do so many different things when it comes to your beauty routine.  Plus it’s all natural and good for you, inside and out!  Here are just a few things that you can use coconut oil for during your regular routine:

  • Skin moisturizer:  You can use coconut oil on dry or flaky skin, but it also works as a whole body moisturizer.  You can use it on your face, legs, arms, and anywhere else that needs a little extra moisture.  Just use a quarter-size dab and smooth all over your skin. Wait a few minutes to let it absorb before you get dressed to avoid any stains on your clothes

  • Makeup remover: You don’t need to buy special wipes or products to remove your makeup, just keep a jar of coconut oil nearby. Put a little on a cotton swab and swipe over your makeup.  Coconut oil won’t clog your pores and you don’t have to worry about any harsh chemicals irritating your skin.

  • Shaving: Yup!  You can even use coconut oil to shave your legs and it will leave your legs feeling soft and silky afterward.

  • Deep conditioner:  If the ends of your hair are feeling a little dry and brittle, then use a little coconut oil to rehydrate.  You can use it overnight for a deep conditioning treatment or in the morning to keep your locks healthy and shiny.
