The governor of Texas, Greg Abbott, just banned mandatory water breaks for workers. Considering that Texas is experiencing a severe heat wave, this ban could lead to lead to many workers coming down with heat-related illnesses. Not only is this cruel, but it could potentially be life-threatening. Please sign this petition to urge legislators in Texas to overturn this draconian law!
