Tails-Wagging Ecstatic Dogs Reunite with Returning Soldiers [VIDEO]

They say dogs live in the moment, but they still remember and love their owners, even when they’re far away. This Memorial Day weekend, we’re sharing a video compilation of the top 10 military owners and dogs finally reuniting after a tough separation. If your dog’s wagging tail and happy welcome cheers you up after a long day at work, imagine how these soldiers must feel to see their faithful friends again after serving our country.

The pooches in this video represent a wide variety of breeds and sizes, but there’s one thing they all have in common: the unbridled excitement they show when they finally see their owners come through the door. Dogs are always happy to see their owners come home, but these returns warrant an extra-special greeting.

My favorite dog and soldier reunion didn’t make the list, but I might be a little bit biased, having once owned a miniature schnauzer. Oh, well; there’s always hope for a sequel!
