Funny Video Shows Dog Staring at Dad Napping with Newborn Baby, “Jealous”

A TikTok video shared to the account @twindaddiaries shows one rescue dog looking betrayed by his human’s choice in a nap companion. Although Percy the dog has welcomed his new human twin sisters happily, the video shows his jealousy as his dad snuggles with one of the babies.

In the video, the man can be seen sleeping on his back with a baby tucked close to his side. Percy sits beside them, staring. His human shared that Percy loves to cuddle, and usually curls up with his humans in the morning and at night. However, with the addition of the twins, the dog has had to adjust. Text overlay on the video reads “My wife told me how jealous he was but I didn’t believe her until she showed me this video.”

The video quickly gained traction online, racking up over two million views. Reactions ranged from amusement at the dog’s expression to sympathy for the pup. “That fur baby needs extra love and treats,” wrote one person.
