Cute Clip Shows Dog Who Is SO Excited Dad Is Home

For dogs, being reunited with their humans is often a cause for celebration. For one pup, this is true even when his human has only been gone for a few hours. An adorable clip of the pup who is so excited at seeing that his dad has come home has melted hearts on TikTok.

The pup is named Spencer, and he is only a few months old. However, he has already formed a close attachment to his human. Being separated from his dad for even a few hours was clearly awful for the pup, who is elated to see his human return. 

In the video, Spencer can be seen happily wagging his tail at his human arriving home. Text overlay on the video reads, “POV: you haven’t seen dad for a whole 12 hours”. As his human approaches, the excited dog exposes his belly, ready for pets and snuggles.

Viewers loved the video. Many shared that their own dogs acted similarly when they arrived home. Others joked about how “dog math” made it seem like Spencer’s human was gone longer. One TikTok user wrote, “Dog math means 12 hours equals 12 days”.The video’s creator replied to the comment with, “Spot on”. Currently, the adorable video of the excited dog has been liked more than 346,000 times on TikTok.
