The soda industry would really like soda-ditchers to take that first sip of carbonated, sweetened soft drink again. This time, they try to do so — with a study.
Diet soda led to a greater weight loss among participants who continued to consume diet soft drinks, while under intense coaching, as oppose to those who abstained from any carbonated beverage, says a recent study, partly funded by the American Beverage Association.
So, although there has been quite a number of articles out there saying otherwise, the soda industry wants us to believe that diet soda is good for us. Hmm, does it seem like the soda industry’s trying too hard to get more consumers addicted to the sugary drink because it turns a profit?
Seems so to us. And the end result, the study participants who consumed soda while under intense coaching lost an average of 4 pounds more than those participants who had abstained from soda altogether. Not much of a difference, I dare say. After all, the study was conducted within a matter of 12 weeks. How can a short-term study truly show the effects of soda on weight loss in the long run?

You do not lose weight with die t drinks. The aspartame fucks your whole system including your brain. Your joints loose their flexibility and fluid, and if heated turns to formaldehyde and causes all types of autoimmune diseases . It’s time to get this poison off the market.
