Texts of Animal Abuser, Adam Britton, Reveal How Evil He Truly Is

Adam Britton, a crocodile expert who was recently charged with 60 charges relating to animal abuse, bestiality, and possession of child exploitation material, Telegram texts have been revealed.

His horrendous confessions were shared with other Telegram users under the name “Monster”. Here, he told tales of how he tortured small animals as a child and molested horses as a 13-year-old. He also encouraged others to rape and kill their pet dogs.

On Monday, Britton confessed to 60 charges, including the abuse of his 42 dogs which he kept for the sole purpose of torturing the animals to death on camera.

In April 2022, an anonymous internet user saw a leash indicating where Adam Britton lives – the City of Darwin. From here, his messages were seized. One of which said, “I was talking with someone else about why I love to hurt dogs, and that was what I’d been thinking. I wasn’t sure at first, but now I live for it. I can’t stop myself hurting dogs.” Another message said, “I have been a zoo[sadist] for the about the same time, but the sadism part is more recent. I always has it in me, I was sadistic as a child to animals, but I had repressed it. In the last few years I let it out again, and now I can’t stop. I don’t want to. :)”

Along with messages, he shared videos of abuse and described himself as a ‘zoosadist’. This is someone who takes sexual pleasure from animal cruelty. Additionally, he gave explicit advice on how to kill dogs, lie to owners while taking care to not seem creepy, and disposing of bodies. “Have a decent story (sob stories are best, your poor dog died and you want another, etc.) and be genuine, friendly, not creepy,” he explained. “Owner is looking for a good ‘forever home’ for their beloved pooch, make sure you offer them one. Use fake numbers and addresses, walk away if it doesn’t feel good or easy, and try again if it doesn’t work out.”

Adam Britton also admitted to sexually abusing animals starting as a teenager. He said, “I became a zoo[sadist] when I was…well, probably about 2. I vaguely remember being interested in animals before then, but that’s when it got sexual. I started fence jumping when I was 13 or 14 and molesting horses.” He continued in another message, “The sadism kinda grew slowly…Really started to actively do sadism in the last 15 years, starting with my pet German Shepherd. I loved him.”

These horrendous texts revealed the true nature of this vile human being. Thankfully, the footage being sent to the NT Animal Welfare Branch via Gmail allowed the heinous acts to be referred to the police. Ultimately, this ended in Britton’s house being raided. Detectives seized computers, phones, cameras, external hard drives, tools, weapons, dog paraphernalia, and sex toys.

Britton was charged with 60 counts of animal cruelty, raping or attempting to rape a dog, and four could of possessing or transmitting child abuse material. He is in custody and will appear in court on December 13th.
