Animal Aid Unlimited, an animal rescue organization from India, conducted the incredible rescue of three puppies who were stuck in a pool of tar.
When the rescuers got to them, the puppies were completely trapped and cried out, desperate for help. There was no way to free them from the hardened substance on the spot, so the team had to take the entire slab of tar with them.
The rescuers worked tirelessly to remove the tar from the ground and, finally, could transport the puppies to the vet. It took two long hours to soften the tar with oil applications and the total treatment took three days!
The rescuers did not know if the babies would survive the trauma, but the trio proved to be unbelievably strong and quickly showed signs of improvement. Now, the pups are already quite transformed and finally getting to have happy lives … and this is only the beginning of their journey!
