Thirteen people have already died in U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) custody in 2025. That’s more deaths than occurred under the past three presidential administrations—combined. A 75-year-old Cuban man. A 49-year-old Canadian. A Mexican man allegedly found with a ligature around his neck. These are lives lost inside a system that continues to grow more overcrowded and deadly by the day.
Right now, over 56,000 people are crammed into ICE jails—140% over capacity. Experts warn that poor medical care, lack of oversight, and degrading conditions are fueling these preventable deaths. Many detainees haven’t committed any crime. Some never even get charged. ICE continues to raid schools, farms, and neighborhoods, dragging families apart—all with taxpayer funding.
This is not safety. This is state-sponsored cruelty. Sign the petition now to demand Congress stop funding ICE’s deadly operations.
