Wow! It could have been the most tragic trip to the park of this girl’s life, but instead a man gave her dog CPR and saved her life! This is something every pet parent should learn how to do.

We don’t always think about it, but sometimes dogs have the same kind of issues that humans can have, like heart attacks. And just like we would rush to help in a situation like that (if we know CPR) we should do so for animals as well. Basic first aid is a valuable skill to have, and just like most moms and dads would learn the basics of what to do in an emergency, we should know the same when we adopt an animal.

We’re so happy that this man was able to step in and take some positive action to save this beloved dog’s life. Let’s all be Green Monsters like him and learn the basics of doggy first aid for our canine family members!
