Yet cannabis is still illegal in over a dozen states, and hundreds of thousands of Americans are still arrested on cannabis-related charges each year. On top of that, taxes on recreational cannabis can benefit states tremendously. It is time for U.S. President Joe Biden to step up and sign an executive order to legalize cannabis for good!
