Cleveland police responded to the scene of a dog hanging from the top balcony of a house by its leash. The dog is seen with all four paws pressed against the house with nothing to grab on to and nowhere to move. Multiple units arrived to the house to try and safely detach the leash from the dog and get him back on the ground. The cops seem so struggle at first, but eventually were able to release him from the leash. The dog did fall to the ground, but he landed safely and can be seen running after landing. 

Anytime animals get themselves stuck in situations like this one, it is crucial that action is taken to ensure their rescue. It’s always refreshing to see concerned citizens take matters into their own hands to save helpless animals in danger.
