When Hope for Paws received a text about a small dog running around near a busy road, Eldad set out to find her. It was an extremely dangerous situation not only for the dog but for drivers too.
When he arrived at the location near a storage facility, he spotted the little black dog running around in the parking lot. After attempting to run away, she ended up hiding in a bush. Eldad tried to lure her by using food, but the poor thing was too scared to eat! In fact, she was so terrified, when Eldad slipped the gentle snare around her neck, she didn’t even budge. It was heartbreaking to see her fear, but it definitely made her rescue easier.
Eldad named the pup Glinda and assured her that she was safe as they headed to the vet for a checkup. It wasn’t long before Glinda came out of her shell thanks to her rescuer and new friend. Eldad spoiled her with a nice warm bath, cuddles, and, best of all, belly rubs! Glinda’s journey continued to a foster home with Foxy and the Hounds. She is now waiting for a forever home where she never has to be scared and alone ever again.
