Over the past few years, there has definitely been a bit of a food truck craze happening… but many are not exactly vegan-friendly. We have searched for vegan food trucks across the US, and found some amazing examples that must be visited. Here’s a list of ten of the best we found, located throughout the US.  Food trucks were chosen to be on this list based on menu, location, and any community/philanthropic/eco-friendly aspects that only add to their concept.
