We don’t typically think of fish as fun animals that are interested in interacting with humans. Most are perfectly content with swimming along and ignoring all terrestrial beings, but this particular fish seems to be quite the exception.
This little fish swims up to his human friend almost like an excited dog running towards a person to play fetch. While we wouldn’t recommend trying this with the fish in your local pond, it seems like this wild fish doesn’t mind spending some time with this passerby.
Swimming back and forth and rushing up to the man in the video as if saying “yeah! let’s play,” this fish really just wants to have some fun. He even wags his tail with excitement! Whoever said fish don’t have feelings was oh so very wrong about that.
Watching this dynamic duo play, it is clear that this fish is a someone and not a something to his human friend. Play on!
