Spicy arugula, fresh basil, and vegan cheese off the whole thing.

Truffled Mushroom Pizza [Vegan, Gluten-Free]

  • 1 premade pizza dough of choice
  • 1 8-ounce package of sliced Baby Bella mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons truffle oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 5-10 basil leaves
  • 2 cups arugula
  • 1 block vegan mozzerella, shredded
  • 1/2 cup shredded vegan Parmesan


  1. In a pan over medium heat add garlic, truffle oil, and salt. Cook for 2 minutes or until translucent. Add the mushrooms and cook for 7 minutes until softened.
  2. Preheat oven to 450°F. Roll out pizza dough, and bake for 7-10 minutes to get the crust crispy.
  3. Remove, and top with vegan mozzarella, mushrooms, vegan parm, and bake again for 15 mins or until golden brown.
  4. Top with toasted pine nuts, arugula, fresh basil, and more truffle oil if needed
