- 1 cup maple syrup
- 1 cup cashews
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 tbsp vanilla
- 1 tsp sea salt
Preparation
- Blend all ingredients in high powered blender until smooth. Chill in refrigerator for 2-3 hours until well chilled.
- Pour mixture into ice cream maker, following manufacturer instructions.
