  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 10 fresh cherries
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 ripe avocado
  • 1 large, ripe banana
  • 2 tablespoons ground flax seeds
  • 1 cup soy yogurt
  • 2 fresh basil leaves
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons coconut flakes
  • 1 teaspoon agave nectar
  • 5 raw cashews
  • A sash of cinnamon

  1. I just tried this recipe. First off, the flavor was amazing! However, it turned out way too thick to drink. If you make this as a smoothie you might want to add a liquid to thin it out. Or do what I did and eat it with a spoon like an amazing cranberry coconut pudding. I will definitely add this to my list to make again.

    1. This article is just downright silly. Bees create honey for their own food and any beekers who know what they are doing always leave enough honey for the bees to feed on. Bees are not “enslaved” anymore than farmers who grow food for market.
