Peach Turmeric Carrot Smoothie [Vegan]

Ingredients

  • 2-4 leafs of swiss chard
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried turmeric, or 1 inch fresh
  • 1 ripe peach, pitted & sliced
  • 1/2 a carrot, chopped
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 7 ice cubes

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy :)

Notes

This is not a super sweet smoothie, if you know you like your smoothies on the sweeter side, add ½-1 banana. Frozen banana would be very good in this recipe too.
