- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 3/4 tablespoon tamarind paste, to taste
- 1/4 cup vegetable stock
- 3 1/2 tablespoons tamari
- 1 teaspoon chili sauce
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- Combine all the pad Thai sauce ingredients in a cup.
- Stir them well to dissolve the sugar and tamarind.
