  • 2-4 leaves of kale or chard
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 date
  • 1/2 - 3/4 cups coconut water
  • 1 tablespoon cacao powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon moringa leaf
  • 1 cup ice
