Ingredients

  • 4 bananas, frozen
  • 1 large avocado, peeled and pit removed
  • 1 cup spinach, fresh
  • 1/4 cup mint, fresh
  • 1/4 cup dairy-free mini chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. Add bananas, avocado, spinach and mint to a food processor. Process on high until smooth. Stir in chocolate chips.
  2. Pour ice cream into a loaf pan. Freezer for 2 hours for a soft serve texture or overnight for a more firm ice cream.
