Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream [Vegan]
- 4 bananas, frozen
- 1 large avocado, peeled and pit removed
- 1 cup spinach, fresh
- 1/4 cup mint, fresh
- 1/4 cup dairy-free mini chocolate chips
- Add bananas, avocado, spinach and mint to a food processor. Process on high until smooth. Stir in chocolate chips.
- Pour ice cream into a loaf pan. Freezer for 2 hours for a soft serve texture or overnight for a more firm ice cream.
