  • 2 cups spelled flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 3/5 cup vegan yogurt, vanilla
  • 1/5 cup rapeseed oil
  • 1/3 cup cane sugar
  • Handful of cranberries

Preparation

  1. Mix the flour with the baking powder and add it to the bowl and knead it all together to make a smooth dough.
  2. Preheat oven to 320°F
  3. Sprinkle a clean table top with flour and roll out the dough
  4. Cut out large circles with a large glass or cookie cutter
  5. Place the large circles on the baking tray
  6. Cut out small circles according to the number of large circles
  7. Put the small circles as trunks on the pigs
  8. Cut two holes with a straw into the trunk
  9. Cut small triangles from the rest of the dough and press them to the pig head
  10. Press the cranberries as eyes firmly into the dough
  11. Bake for 20 minutes or until lightly browned
  12. Remove from baking tray and let cool
