  • 4 1/8 cups unsweetened shredded coconut


  1. Add the shredded coconut to a food processor or powerful blender. Blend, taking care to pause and scrape down the sides with a rubber spatula as the coconut gets stuck to it. This process will take time, but the idea is to blend the coconut until it is complete liquefied.
  2. Transfer to a mason jar and store in the refrigerator.
