Doodh Pedha: Indian Milk Fudge [Vegan, Gluten-Free]
- 1 cup soaked cashews (soaked overnight)
- 3/4 cup coconut flour
- 2 tbsp turbinado sugar
- 2 tsp cardamom powder
- 2- 3 tsp rose water
- 1 tsp saffron powder
- Blend all the ingredients in a blender and then hand roll them into round balls. You can decorate them with fruit pieces.
