3 Cold-Press Juice Recipes [Vegan]
Ingredients
- 1 Large Golden Beet
- 1 Large Carrot or 2 Medium
- 3 Large Tangerines or 6 Cuties
- Juice only of 1/2 Lemon
- 1 Red Apple
- 2 Zucchini
- 4C Spinach, loosely packed
- Optional—Hibiscus Flower
- 1 Cucumber
- 1 Grapefruit, fresh squeezed juice only
- 1 Large Beet or 2 Medium
- Optional—Holy Basil leaves
Preparation

I DO drink smoothies or juice liek this in the mornign BUT I have to chase it with pop , OJ or milk to get the nasty taste out of my mouth, BUT still I stick to it for health.
