Chocolate Coconut Ice Cream [Vegan]
- 1 can coconut milk
- 1/3 cup agave nectar
- 1/8 cup cacao powder
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla bean powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla vodka or vanilla essence
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon guar gum
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Chill mix in freezer for 20 minutes (or 1 hour in fridge).
Churn in ice-cream maker until smooth and creamy (about 20 minutes).
