Ingredients

  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 1/3 cup agave nectar
  • 1/8 cup cacao powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla bean powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla vodka or vanilla essence
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon guar gum

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Chill mix in freezer for 20 minutes (or 1 hour in fridge).
  3. Churn in ice-cream maker until smooth and creamy (about 20 minutes).
