Banana French Toast [Vegan]

  • 4-5 pieces of bread
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 cup almond milk (or other milk)
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract


  1. Puree banana, milk, cinnamon and vanilla. Soak your bread until all the liquid is gone.
  2. Heat a little coconut oil in a pan. Cook each side of your toast for about 2-4 minutes. It tastes great with a little maple syrup but the flavor is great and the bread stays moist, you don't even need it!
