Summer is right around the corner and it’s important to stay hydrated. Hydrating, of course, means getting enough water in your day, but did you know you can eat your water? Cucumbers are amazingly hydrating and can be used in a variety of dishes because they’re mostly water, they pick up flavor super well. Plus, cucumbers hold their shape well, which makes them great for slicing, dicing, and adding to sandwiches and dips.

Cucumbers are wonderful because you can easily snack on them whole or with your favorite dips like hummus or tzatziki. You can add them to water to spice up the flavor and add an extra dose of hydration, or even dice them to make a cooling non-dairy yogurt sauce.
