JUST Egg, the plant-based egg made by San Francisco company Eat JUST announced it has acquired a 30,000 foot factory in Minnesota. As demand for plant-based food grows, the company also announced it’s partnership with Whole Foods to put vegan breakfast sandwiches on 63 stores’ breakfast menus in January.

Whole Foods already sells the JUST egg’s retail product in stores across the United States. The company is also working on vegan breakfast pizzas in a Whole Foods partnership.
