Austin’s Thai Fresh is opening its own vegan ice cream shop in the Holly neighborhood, with a number of Thai-inspired flavors and gluten-free treats.
The new ice cream shop, Gati, will feature more than 40 flavors of coconut milk vegan ice cream, according to Eater Austin. The flavors include Thai basil, toasted black sesame, turmeric golden milk, lemon poppy seed, and more.
The shop will also feature gluten-free hot dog buns to put your ice cream on, along with gluten-free treats like ice cream sandwiches.
Gati is expected to open in Austin this fall.
