The Globe Life Park in Arlington, the home ballpark of the Texas Rangers, has announced their new concessions menu, including a new Vegan Nacho Grande.
The stadium was recently named the most vegan-friendly Major League Baseball stadium in the U.S. by PETA, and already has plant-based selections like black bean tamales, a vegan chicken wrap, a meat-free hotdog, and a vegan Southwest burger. According to the general manager of Delaware North Sportservice, the vegan hotdog has so far been the most popular veggie choice at the park.
Perhaps that will change with the new Nacho Grande option, which will cost $13.00 and include house-made vegan chili, vegan cheese sauce, tomatoes, olives, and crumbles from Beyond Meat.
The new option will be available at the BallPark Vegan Stand at section 16.
