Starbucks has been pushing for environmentally-friendly and animal-friendly business. They plan to replace plastic straws with biodegradable paper in UK locations, added coconut milk alternatives, have released vegan prepared breakfasts, have created a vegan lunch option, and announced that they are taking steps to shift their menu to start to limit inhumane food sources.

So it’s no surprise that they have another new vegan option! Starbucks has a new plant-based Macadamia Oat Cookie.

This tasty treat is made of oatmeal, macadamia nuts, almonds, and coconut. It also has the additional tang of cranberries. What better way to enjoy a coconut milk latte than with a warm cookie on the side?

Other ingredients listed include maple syrup, canola oil, rolled oats, cane sugar, almonds, macadamia nuts, dry cranberries (cranberries, sugar, sunflower oil), coconut, pumpkin seeds, almond flour, orange zest, natural flavor, flaxseed meal and lemon zest.
