Vegans in Singapore are in for a unique experience with VeganBurg’s new plant-based burger with a vegan sunny-side-up egg.
The new limited-time burger is gaining attention because of its unique toppings, including the sunny-side-up vegan egg. The patty is a wheat “chik’n” protein patty, topped with chili-based sambal sauce, caramelized onions, vegan aioli, and lettuce.
“Celebrating diversity is a big part of what we do at VeganBurg and the Rasa Sayang Burg is the perfect tribute to Singapore’s diverse multi-cultural food heritage,” said VeganBurg founder Alex Tan. “For many, we’re certain that the Rasa Sayang Burg will bring to their delight a familiar taste of Southeast Asia. We cannot wait to share this delectable experience with everyone!”
The Rasa Sayang Burg, which translates to “Feel the Love” in Malay, will launch on Tuesday, May 15, and be available for two months.
