This Almond Peach Crisp by Tara Sunshine is super easy to make and tastes as delicious as it looks! It’s also gluten-free, refined sugar-free, and paleo! The grain-free topping is more dense than a traditional crumble. Part rolled oats could be used in place of the desiccated coconut and almond flour (e.g. omit the coconut and use 1 cup oats plus 1/2 cup almond flour plus 1/2 cup sliced almonds plus the remainder of the topping ingredients). It’s all up to you!
9. Superfood Chocolate Mousse and Raspberry Parfait
Who doesn’t love a rich and creamy chocolate mousse served over a bed of sweet vanilla chia pudding and tangy raspberry puree? The bottom layer is a simple vanilla chia pudding made with chia seeds, your favorite non-dairy milk, vanilla, and a bit of natural sweetener of choice like pure maple syrup. The raspberry layer is just raspberries cooked gently over low heat with a dash of water and pure maple syrup, for a beautiful color and delicious fruity tang. 10. Galaxy Dark Chocolate With Raspberries
These Galaxy Dark Chocolate bars by Marie Reginato are speckled with puffed quinoa and bits of freeze-dried raspberries. Cacao butter makes chocolate. Pale white blocks melt away into a golden bath that is the backbone of any chocolate mixture.
