Mars is launching a new line of fully vegan chocolate bars this week in the United Kingdom. The range will be a vegan version of the popular Galaxy bar and will come in the flavors caramelized hazelnut, caramel. The new chocolate bars are registered with the Vegan Society.
The amount of plant-based alternatives offered by food giants is steadily rising. Not long ago, Nestle released a plant-based burger, and more recently, Burger King UK will also be testing three new vegan burgers.

The launch will undoubtedly bring vegan alternatives even more into the mainstream.
