Lizzo is the latest celebrity to adopt a vegan diet. The singer has shared her diet in a series of TikTok videos. “Being plant-based and vegan has been pretty easy except when I am hungover,” Lizzo explains.

Lizzo, a Grammy award-winning singer, recently captioned one of the videos, “As a new vegan, I’m enjoying exploring flavors from plants & plant-based proteins! Every journey is personal & deserves to be celebrated.”
In her TikTok, she shared what she eats in a day! Her diet includes a green smoothie with coconut water, kale or spinach, and frozen fruit. She loves a salad and usually has one for lunch, including colorful veggie options like avocado, white onions, broccoli, red cabbage, and kale.

For snacks? The former Cheeto-lover has a new favorite, Lesser Evil Paleo Puffs. The singer said, “I used to eat a lot of hot Cheetos, but that wasn’t good for my acid-reflux. These are Cheeto-alternative I love that’s vegan and I dip them in hummus. Badda-boom badda-snack!”

And for dinner time, Lizzo makes meat-alternative balls with chickpeas, mushrooms, and truffles. She also eats quinoa and any leftover salad. She usually has a peanut butter jelly smoothie. At the end of the day, she says, ” I feel very lit and full.”
