Little Anthony’s Pizza is going meat-free after having been a long-time favorite for vegans and vegetarians. Third-generation owner Patrick Batuello, who has been vegan for two decades, was a driving force behind the official switch.

The pizza joint will remain named Little Anthony’s, but the owners hope that it can be referred to as LA Veg.

Their menu has expanded to include the traditional veggie-style pizzas that everyone loves, as well as several meat substitutes, calzones, subs, catering platters, pasta, and salads. They will also be expanding their menu to include products from Arciello’s Imagine Desserts Vegan Bakery, giving customers a sweet dessert option to go along with their pizza.

This is great news for any vegans near Little Anthony’s as now they are offering completely vegan options. No more veggie-only pizzas, now you can order pizza with a tasty vegan meat substitute as well!

This is one pizza joint that has taken the full commitment to offering better meat-free options. Other pizza places are also starting to jump on board and are offering a variety of vegan-friendly menu items.
