1. Cauliflower can be a substitute for rice.
You can’t make rice out of kale, but you can make rice out of cauliflower. Say goodbye to normal rice, and say hello to cauliflower rice! You can even eat cauliflower rice raw, so all you raw foodies out there can happily enjoy it. Cauliflower rice does have a different texture than traditional rice, but it is still amazing in its own way.
