According to Hello! Magazine, Kim Kardashian has been enjoying a plant-based diet recently. So what has the celebrity been eating?
“Plant based does a body good,” she recently shared on Instagram alongside a photo of her in a crop top. Kardashian regularly enjoys vegan scrambled eggs courtesy of JUST Egg. She shared a breakfast her kids made for her that included pancakes, a boiled egg, sausage, and chopped strawberries.
Kardashian has shared in the past that she loves sweet potato hash, avocado, vegan tacos, and salads. Seems like she’s been enjoying these treats for lunch recently!
“My trainer Mel always says that before and after you train, you should eat simple carbs, like sweet potatoes, and small amounts of fat and protein, like chicken. You should also have veggies with your meals since you need them to help effectively break down and absorb your protein, fat, and carbs,” she told Harper’s Bazaar. Based on the Beyond Meat photos she’s shared recently, we assume the mom of four has been eating plant-based meats!
Her trainer, bodybuilder Melissa Alcantara, has shared previously that Kardashian’s dinner is similar to her lunch, with lots of vegetables alongside healthy, less processed foods.
Kardashian shared on Poosh, “I live a healthy life and try to eat as plant based as possible and drink sea moss smoothies. With all the stress in life, I try to make sure I take time for myself so that I am centered and keep my stress to a minimum. I hope my story can help anyone else with an autoimmune disease feel confident that there is light at the end of the tunnel.”
