If you are trying to eat clean on a plant-based diet, you have probably been avoiding pre-made meals like the plague. With the popularity of plant-based meal-kit delivery services and vegan pizza delivery options being as high as they are these days, boxed and canned entrées often end up being regarded as “bad for you” in comparison to freshly delivered food.

Of course, sometimes we just don’t have the time to meal prep for the week, and also don’t want to go through the hassle of assembling a meal-kit meal, or shelling out the extra cash for takeout. On those days, whipping out a frozen, canned, or pre-bagged meal really doesn’t have to be a terribly unhealthy option. While nothing tastes quite as good as a home-cooked meal, we think there are plenty of viable, affordable options that can easily be incorporated into a mindful, healthy diet.

We’ve plumbed through Amazon to find 11 different pre-made, plant-based meals that for the most part won’t leave you feeling undernourished or unhealthy, and will really help you out in a pinch. Check them out below!
