Company Launches Plant-Based Meal Trucks in India

LIKE OGP ON FACEBOOK :

India’s governing vegetarian meat producers, “Good Dot” are ready to launch their plant-based food truck in Udaipur. After the debut, they’ll also launch similar food trucks that focus on plant-based protein in Bhilwara, Patna, Bangalore, Ahmedabad, and Jaipur or Lucknow.

The six food trucks will help increase the convenience of vegan foods in India while proving them with tons of tasty plant-based options. Within the next six months, the company also plans to launch even more vegan food trucks throughout different cities.

Good Dot’s mission statement is, “To bring high-quality, affordable vegetarian meat to all of India. We want to save lives, both human and animal, by providing an option without sacrifice,” according to their website.

They’re doing that and more. The company is set to offer foods like Veg Chicken, Stir Fries, and Wraps, all which can be mismatched with different vegan ‘meats’. Not only will their options be delicious but they’ll also be affordable, including everyone in the population.

Hey! We’re huge fans of vegan meats, too!black bean meat loaf

There are plenty of veggie meat options available these days. Whether it’s made from beans or grains, vegetarian/vegan meats will blow your mind. This Black Bean Loaf is just one option that gives real meatloaf a serious (and healthier) run for its money. This loaf has a nice crust and soft interior that just melts in your mouth while the black beans provide ample amounts of protein. If you’ve been craving bacon, top for these 2 vegan versions instead. This Mushroom Bacon is delectable and 100% vegan and this Tempeh Bacon is beyond easy to make yourself. If you’re still not sure which you prefer, check out this Ultimate Guide To Vegan Meat and Meat Substitutes.

Stir-Frys are one of our favorite pastimes. Here are some favorites.Tempeh Tikka Masala

Stir fry’s are some of the easiest vegan dishes to make, so we’re going to make it even easier for you to recreate them. This Tempeh Tikka Masala recipe is to die for; it’s composed of creamy tomato goodness and nutritious chickpeas. Another favorite is this Crispy Tofu Vegetable version, filled with broccoli, carrots, mushrooms and extra firm tofu. If you need some added protein in your diet, opt for this Quick High-Protein Vegetable Stir Fry that can be made quickly and easily.

Did we mention we’re also obsessed with wraps?Raw Hummus Wraps

These Raw Hummus Wraps are a simple way to get a boatload of nutrition in one sitting. And that’s all we can ask for out of a quick, yummy meal. If you’re looking for something with a little more flavor, then this Roasted Sweet Potato and Cauliflower Hummus Wraps will do the trick. If you’re still not satisfied, try the French Twist Wrap instead.

Good Dot believes what we truly believe, “We believe there is a way to enjoy your meals without hurting other living beings.”
