Former football cornerback-turned-celebrity-chef, Eddie Jackson, has teamed up with Sweet Earth Foods to debut a Veganuary Swap Sweepstakes alongside a collection of meatless game-day recipes.

Winners of the sweepstakes will receive a “dream game day party spread” curated by Jackson and Sweet Earth Foods.


In a press release, Jackson said, “I couldn’t be more excited to work with Sweet Earth Foods to bring a new lineup of veggie-forward recipes to people’s game day tables this year…Usually in January, people feel a sense of restriction, and we want to change that perception. This is all about savoring the plant-based upgrade, so it’s anything but a sacrifice.”

The recipe collection curated by Jackson features vegan sliders, Gochujang Chik’n Molasses Egg Rolls, and Stuffed Peppers.
