“I’ve actually just been eating cleaner,” tweeted Jauregui. “Trying my best to be vegan/plant-based (even though I do fail sometimes) ((I’m Cuban it’s hard af to not eat meat)).”

Even though you’re eating a plant-based diet, you can still enjoy a savory, ‘meaty’ meal with some creative recipes. For example, this Seitan Steak in Beurre Blanc Sauce is a great option for a decadent dinner. The crispy fries and buttery beurre blanc sauce complements the steak perfectly.

And if you’re craving some quick vegan comfort food, try this Jackfruit Fried Chicken. The crispy, battered jackfruit is great for dipping!
