February 12th is National PB&J Day! This important food holiday is not to be confused with National Peanut Butter and Jelly Day which is different … because that’s in April … and the words are written out. We’re happy to celebrate PB&J as often as we can because it’s one of the best flavor combinations ever invented!

PB&J is a part of growing up; the average American eats about 1500 peanut butter and jelly sandwiches by the age of 18.
