We won’t lie — when we first heard that banana milk was an actual product that people were not only buying, but also actively enjoying, we were skeptical. It’s not that we don’t like plant-based milk. We love plant-based milk. From soy to almond to hemp to oat to everything in between, we’ve loved it all. But something about banana milk just didn’t sound appealing — at least, not at first.
The bottle is cute…

But then we got to thinking. Is there anything more creamy and satisfying than a big bowl of banana-based nice cream? We don’t think so. We also know that bananas can replace a lot of other common dairy foods in baking. So maybe, banana milk isn’t that far of a stretch.
The organic and dairy-free beverage company Mooala now offers six-ingredient Banana Milk, and it contains absolutely no added sugar, just natural sweetness from bananas. It’s certified organic, non-GMO, and nut-free, rendering it an allergy-friendly plant-based milk choice. Made from puréed bananas, roasted sunflower seed butter, and a dash of cinnamon, Mooala’s Banana Milk contains 60 calories per serving, along with three grams of fat and three grams of banana-derived sugar.
We admit we’re convinced, and want to try this new Banana Milk ASAP. Would you give it a go? Find a store near you that carries Mooala here.
