Arizona is getting its first fine dining vegan restaurant, Casa Terra. Jason Wyrick, chef, author, and creator of vegan meal delivery service, The Vegan Taste is excited to open up Arizona’s only fine dining vegan restaurant. Wyrick has been vegan for 15 years since he completely reversed his diabetes after going vegan. His new restaurant, Casa Terra will serve Mexican and Mediterranean meals.Huarache With Pibil Mushrooms

The restaurant will only serve dinner and the menu includes dishes like Tapas Tacos, Smoked Mushroom Cazuela, and thin-crust pizzas made in a wood-fired oven. There is also a wine list and fun cocktails to order from. Although Casa Terra officially opens in January, there will be a New Year’s Eve tasting event that costs $65 per person and will serve many of the official menu dishes in a buffet-style.

Casa Terra is located at 6835 N 58th Dr, Glendale, Arizona. When it opens in January, it will be open Sunday through Thursday from 4 to 9 pm and Friday and Saturday from 4 to 11 pm.
