Jill E. Alexy!!! Let’s have a southern night! ;) xo
Nanda Jaya não dá pra resistir.
All of them look delicious simply for being… But as replacements for southern food, quite a few miss the mark. I wish recipes could just be themselves instead of this constant mimicry. I love veg burgers that don’t taste a thing like meat because I like the way they taste. Take the energy from mimicry and put it into basic deliciousness that appeals to all palates. If you need a meat substitute, you want meat. If you can make a lentil dish just be tasty of its own accord, then you want lentils.
