Jessica Biel is just like us after a long day — sometimes too tired to cook an entire meal. In a recent interview with Well and Good, she explained her busy schedule. From running her own production company, to collaborating with brands, to creating a yoga clothing collection, the superstar often finds herself running out of time. She still enjoys a good meal though, just a quick one.

She told the site, “I’m a big fan of easy-make, easy-bake vegan purees, which I think can be a nice, light supper option.” She likes to puree nutritious vegan foods and make them into a quick shake-like drink, that’s perfect for taking with you on the go but is still filling.


She said, “You cook the vegetables, roasting them in the oven, adding salt, pepper, and your favorite spices. Then, you put it in the blender and boom—you’ve made yourself a really light, really healthy, gorgeous soup that anybody can enjoy pretty easily.”

We already know that she saves animals, so it’s great to know that she’s embracing a vegan diet as well. She told Mind Body Green, “Honestly I just feel better when I don’t have gluten or wheat or dairy. My digestion is better, I feel better, I have more energy.”
